When you submit the consultation form, we receive what you type into it: your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give one, the neighborhood or address of the property, which yard you want designed, the budget range you select, and anything you write in the message box.

Our host also records ordinary server logs — IP address, browser type, and which pages were requested — as part of serving and protecting the site. We do not use analytics software, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies of any kind.

Only to answer you. We use what you send to reply to your request, ask follow-up questions, arrange a site visit, and prepare a proposal.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not use your details for advertising.

A small number of providers handle the mechanics of the site on our behalf: Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions, and our email provider delivers those submissions to us. They may only use the information to provide that service.

Otherwise we share nothing, unless the law requires it or we need to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.

The content management area, used only by us to edit the site, sets a sign-in cookie for whoever is logged in there. It is never set for ordinary visitors.

We keep consultation requests for as long as it takes to respond and, if we work together, for the life of the project and our business records afterwards. Requests that do not turn into projects are cleared out periodically.

If you would rather we delete yours sooner, ask and we will.

Write to us and you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will confirm your request and act on it within thirty days.

Utah's Consumer Privacy Act sets these rights for larger companies than ours. We honor the requests regardless.

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under thirteen. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will remove it.

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send anything through the form that you would consider sensitive — financial account details, identification numbers, or the like.

Where we link out to another site, that site has its own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

If our practices change — if we add analytics, for instance — we will update this page and change the date at the top of it. Substantial changes will be flagged on the page rather than made quietly.
